Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. CulFit is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
CulFit is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Important: We do not accept returns after 30 days from the delivery date. No exceptions will be made.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
